A real-time sci-fi project in Unreal Engine, with basic walking simulation gameplay. It was fun to experiment with building a level for the first time and learning all the pitfalls and mistakes along the way.
My process became faster and better the further I went along and if I was to redo this project I would do a lot of things differently. Working more closely to the grid to begin with for a starter, though this mistake leads to a lot of interesting problems solving when working with my modular assets.
I'd love to spend a day now, many months later, to relight the environment and give it some proper love and attention.
